1. Who we are

KEEPWS LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software and AI automation consultancy. This policy applies to keepworksmart.com and any related services we operate.

2. Information we collect

We try to collect as little personal information as possible. The categories below cover everything we collect today:

• Information you give us through forms. If you fill out the audit or contact form, we collect the name, email, company (optional), and message you submit.
• Phone number and SMS consent. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your name, your phone number, and your consent to be contacted by SMS.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we retain the message and contact details so we can reply.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data — IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. What we do not collect

At the time this policy was last updated, this site does not:

• Run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
• Set cookies for marketing or tracking. Any cookies are limited to what the site framework sets to keep the page working correctly.
• Sell personal information to anyone.
• Process payments on this site.

If any of this changes, we will update this policy and bump the “last updated” date at the top of the page.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up on a proposed engagement.
• Deliver any services you have hired us to perform.
• Send you the SMS messages you have opted in to receive, such as customer-care replies, answers to your questions, and support.
• Keep records of business correspondence as required by law or reasonable business practice.

We do not use your information to send marketing emails or text messages unless you explicitly opt in.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

We may also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

SMS and mobile opt-in data. We do not share customer data with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile opt-in and SMS consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes your mobile opt-in data.

6. Messaging program (SMS)

If you opt in, we may send you SMS text messages. Our messaging program consists of general customer-care messaging to answer questions and provide support. The terms below govern that program.

• Messages we send. Messages are sent from (570) 967-6168. Message frequency varies based on communication needs.
• Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally and we will resume sending messages.
• Getting help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or email us at support@keepworksmart.com.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record. Project-related information is retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required by tax or contract law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the next section.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete that information.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of it.
• Withdraw consent where we relied on consent to process data.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to limit the data we collect in the first place, which is the most reliable form of protection.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or business evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page.
