1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using keepworksmart.com(the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is a marketing and information resource operated by KEEPWS LLC. It describes the services we offer, our process, and our recent work. Any paid engagement we undertake on your behalf is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You will not:

• Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or any related infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by sending automated requests, scraping at scale, or attempting to overload the service.
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact, audit, or any other form.
• Use any AI, automation, or scraping tool to harvest content, personal data, or contact details from the Site.

4. Free workflow audit

We may offer a free workflow audit through the Site. The audit is provided as a goodwill resource. We make no guarantee that the audit will identify every opportunity for automation in your business, and the recommendations are based on the information you share with us. You are responsible for evaluating those recommendations before acting on them.

Booking a free audit does not, on its own, create a paid engagement or any binding obligation between us.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, code, the KEEPWS LLC name and logo, and the overall look and feel — is owned by KEEPWS LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visit them at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and any free resources are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEEPWS LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any free resources offered through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the Site and our business evolve. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KEEPWS LLC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the Site or these terms.
